Privacy notice
How we handle information on this website.
Who to contact
This notice covers group.eware.io, operated by Smartware Inc. For a question about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact abi@smartware.co. Please include your enquiry reference if you have one.
Enquiries you submit
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address and information you provide, including any company, market, quantity, product interest and message. We also record the enquiry type, originating page, submission time and your agreement to being contacted. We use this information to respond and manage the conversation. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal information.
Where enquiries go
Enquiries are saved in a private website inbox and an email notification is sent to the Smartware team at abi@smartware.co. The website and mail hosting services process the information needed to provide these functions. An on-screen reference confirms that the website has saved your request; it does not mean an email has reached a particular inbox.
Launch updates
If you select DREM launch updates, we record your interest so our team can follow up about that programme. Other enquiries do not subscribe you to launch updates or a marketing list. You can withdraw an update request by emailing abi@smartware.co.
Retention
The website automatically removes enquiry records after 180 days. Email correspondence and any separately maintained business records may remain for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, an ongoing business relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to discuss deletion. Optional website measurement consists of daily totals and is removed after 90 days.
Optional site measurement
Measurement starts only when you choose Allow measurement. We count selected page views and actions such as opening an enquiry, requesting a sample or opening a product sheet. These totals do not include names, email addresses, enquiry text, query strings or visitor identifiers. They do not identify unique visitors. We do not use these events for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
Your measurement choice
Your browser stores your yes/no preference locally so we can remember it. Change the preference using Site measurement in the footer. Choosing No thanks stops future optional events; it does not remove anonymous totals already collected. The site respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Enquiry submission works regardless of your measurement choice.
Security and essential operation
The hosting server processes connection information, including IP addresses and requested URLs, to serve the website and protect it from abuse. The application uses short-lived rate-limit counters; these are separate from optional measurement. Server security logs may contain connection details. The private enquiry dashboard requires authentication, and enquiry records are not published on the website.

Links to other websites, email applications and published documents may take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice describes this website; it does not describe data handling by a separate retail shop or a connected product app.
